The PRIME team is passionate about people, with deep experience across both the education and training sector and emergency medical services. We believe that combination is what makes the difference — you can't teach what you haven't done.
Whether we're teaching first aid for infants or an advanced pre-hospital medical course, our aim is the same: to leave every client feeling capable and confident once they walk out of the classroom.
At PRIME, we also provide direct patient care — from Basic to Advanced Life Support — and we're well-versed in delivering that care in outdoor and challenging environments, not just controlled ones.
To provide the highest standard of training and emergency medical care to the communities we serve — working closely with every stakeholder to prioritise health and safety, and building a working environment where our own people can reach their full potential.
To improve public safety through prevention, protection, response and resilience — making our communities safer by responding to every call for help, and by providing world-class training to all.
PRIME is directed by two SETA-registered assessors who lead operations and training & development respectively.
